Initial Enquiry
After completing my enquiry form, I will get in touch with you for an initial discussion. Offering you a free 20 minutes session to discuss your circumstances and needs to confirm whether I'm able to support you. If I can help you I'll email you a visa submission quote, if your circumstances are more complicated I'll offer you a consultation confirming the cost. Consultations are conducted in person, or by video call. A consultation is an in-depth review of your circumstances based on your leave to remain in UK or Entry Clearance requirements if outside the UK. Based on the outcome of your consultation I'll be able to make an assessment and advise on your options relating to you applying for Leave To Remain or Entry Clearance, including likelihood of success and cost.

Investing in me
After receiving a consultation & quote if you decide to instruct me to submit your leave to remain UK application or entry clearance visa. I will send you my Letter of Authority, General Information Form and a Quote. I offer a fixed fee service, so the costs of dealing with your visa application are clear from the start. On receiving back my Letter of Authority, General Information Form and requested documentation confirmed within my quote, you will receive my comprehensive assessment report confirming, the basis of how I will complete & submit your visa, etc. You will be assigned to me as your caseworker and I will work with you on applying for your leave to remain or entry clearance visa and like wise you can keep in touch with me anytime throughout the visa submission process.

I understand how important it is to keep my clients informed and up to date on the progress of their application when applying for leave to remain or entry clearance. I will give you regular updates and communication with you to ensure you are never left in the dark. While I cannot control the actions of 3rd parties such as UKVI (Home Office), I will keep you informed every step of the way on how your leave to remain in UK is going or entry clearance visa should you apply from outside the UK so you can successfully live and work in the UK.
