MYG LTD - Service Charges

Whether you choose to use a good  Immigration lawyer, solicitor or adviser. I believe it important you should be able to discuss your needs under an initial free consultation which will last 20 minutes. If you require more time with us than allowed under a free consultation. We understand a client who wants to pay to use our packages should be given a flexible way to pay, when receiving legal advice or using our full legal package.

Paying my professional fees is straight- forward. When using my single charge  packages such as Consultations & Checking Services. I accept all major debit / credit cards, but if you’d rather arrange a bank transfer that’s fine too. I believe in giving you the choose, it’s completely up to you.

When using my full Representative package  after accepting my quote. Payment of my processing charge can be paid on  commencement, however I don't request payment until I have completed your  assessment.

 

If required I'm happy to arrange with you a flexible  instalment plan should you require one, however until payment has been received in full. I can not release your assessment or submit your application until all fees have been settled in full.

VAT

​

All fees quoted are inclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at 20% where this is required by law. For example, VAT will be added where you are in the UK and have, or previously had, leave to remain.  If you normally reside outside the UK then VAT will not be added.

 

Free consultation on Initial Enquiries

I understand that the process of obtaining a visa can be complex and confusing. That's why I offer a free consultation an initial enquiry service to help you navigate the process. I don't charge for considering new enquiries and during your free consultation (20-minute session), you can ask any questions at our free consultation you have about your visa needs and I'll provide you with answers straight away. If your needs are more complex and require further investigation, I can offer a paid consultation.

Fixed Fees

I conduct all my services on a fixed fee basis. I do not charge any hourly rates and no hidden extras.

From the outset, I will take time necessary to understand your needs and confirm both the scope of service and the timeframe to complete your application needs. Once I have established what you need and the timeframes required, I will offer you a fixed fee service that will cover all of the work required.

All quotes issued out will assume you will provide me with all the necessary information I need to deliver the agreed scope of work you require within the agreed timeframe. In the event any additional fees were required due to out of scope work or timeframe changes for reasons beyond either of our control you would be informed of any changes in advance.

Competitive Fees

My fees are highly competitive because, unlike many traditional barristers, solicitors your only working with me and are not being managed by a team where each team member will have a different charge rate based on there seniority within the organisation. 

 

Most Expenses Included

​

Unlike most other law firms. I don't charge  separately for telephone calls, photocopying, printing, stationery, document storage, postage and travel.

3rd Party disbursements

​

All quotes don't include costs related to third parties (known as disbursements), such as UKVI fees and translation fees. When such costs arise, you will be responsible for these directly, so you always know exactly what is being paid and to whom.
