When choosing someone to help with your visa needs, whether it's an attorney immigration lawyer, solicitor, or advisor, it's essential to find someone you feel comfortable with. That's why I believe in offering a free 20-minute exploratory call. This gives you a chance to discuss your situation and see if we're the right fit for you.

If you need more time after the initial call, we can schedule a more in-depth consultation. We also understand that paying for legal advice can be a concern, so we offer flexible payment options for our full legal packages. We want to make sure you have access to the help you need, in a way that works for you.

Paying my professional fees is straight- forward. When using my single charge  packages such as Consultations & Checking Services. I accept all major debit / credit cards, but if you’d rather arrange a bank transfer that’s fine too. I believe in giving you the choose, it’s completely up to you.

​

When using my full Representative package  after accepting my quote. Payment of my processing charge can be paid on  commencement, however I don't request payment until I have completed your  assessment.

 

If required I'm happy to arrange with you a flexible  instalment plan should you require one, however until payment has been received in full. I can not release your assessment or submit your application until all fees have been settled in full.

VAT

​

All fees quoted are inclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at 20% where this is required by law. For example, VAT will be added where you are in the UK and have, or previously had, leave to remain.  If you normally reside outside the UK then VAT will not be added.

 

20 Minutes Free Exploratory Call

I understand that the process of obtaining a visa can be complex and confusing. That's why I believe you should be able to contact an immigration lawyer for free consultation. I offer a free initial exploratory call to help you navigate the process. I don't charge for considering new enquiries and during your free exploratory call (20-minute session), you can ask any questions at our exploratory call you have about your visa needs and I'll give you an answer straight away. If your needs are more complex and require further investigation, I can offer a paid consultation.

Fixed Fees

I conduct all my services on a fixed fee basis. I do not charge any hourly rates and no hidden extras.

From the outset, I will take time necessary to understand your needs and confirm both the scope of service and the timeframe to complete your application needs. Once I have established what you need and the timeframes required, I will offer you a fixed fee service that will cover all of the work required.

​

We'll always give you a clear quote upfront. This assumes we'll get the information we need from you within the agreed timeframe so we can get the job done. If something unexpected comes up that changes the work or timeline, we'll talk about it with you before any extra costs are added.

Competitive Fees

My fees are highly competitive because, unlike many traditional lawyer firms your   working with me directly and are not being managed by a team of barristers or solicitors where each team member will have a different charge rate based on there seniority within the lawyer firms. 

 

Most Expenses Included

​

Unlike most other law companies. I don't charge  separately for telephone calls, photocopying, printing, stationery, document storage, postage and travel.

3rd Party disbursements

​

All quotes don't include costs related to third parties (known as disbursements), such as UKVI fees and translation fees. When such costs arise, you will be responsible for these directly, so you always know exactly what is being paid and to whom.
